The delivery time may vary depending on whether we have your particular lenses in stock or if they need to be ordered in. It is always possible to check the estimated delivery time before placing the order, by simply clicking on the “delivery time” button on the order page.

One of my lenses received is defective. What should I do?
To make a complaint about a defective lens, contact Customer Support, email us at LensSky@lensSky.com . Bear in mind that you need to keep the defective lens as well as the blister package belonging to the lens as this contains an important manufacturer’s code which is needed as a reference when ordering replacement lenses from the manufacturer. We are only able to replace lenses which are defective from the manufacturing process. We cannot replace lost or self-affectedly damaged lenses, i.e. defects caused by incorrect handling methods.
